A yakuza member, Yoshifumi Nitta, is rudely interrupted when an odd capsule appears unexpectedly and falls on his head while delighted to have acquired a prized vase for his collection. Upon opening the capsule, a young, blue-haired girl emerges, who says nothing about herself or who she is except that her name is Hina and that she has great abilities. As if things couldn’t get worse, if she keeps using her powers, an explosion erupts and she loses control. Nitta can do nothing but take care of Hina, who continues to use her powers freely. To let her use her special powers freely, Nitta gets Hina to make a construction deal, which works smoothly.

However while this is occurring, an enemy yakuza group conceals their attack on his boss. After a fight, Nitta’s colleagues accuse him of pinning the blame on them, so he was tasked with the task of attacking the other groups hideout in retaliation. He was about to be eliminated when Hina unexpectedly intervenes and wipes out the entire group. The strange story of this unlikely duo begins when Hina meets Nitta, and she finds out Nitta is the owner of a stockbroker and as her superpowers arrive, the two start getting along!
