Takatoshi Tsuda’s untidy uniform receives a call-out from the head of the student council, Shino Amakusa, on his very first day of high school at Ousai Private Academy. To make way for the arrival of male students, Takatoshi apologizes to Shino for delaying the first class and stresses the need for a man’s perspective. Shino then appoints Takatoshi vice president of the student council. Even though he does not wish to be a member of the student council, Takatoshi finds himself in the position of biggest influence without even entering the building.
